The gift voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue. The expiry date is linked to the unique code.
Both the booking and the ride itself must take place within this period. Booking a ride just before expiry for a date after it is therefore not possible. After the expiry date the code can no longer be used.
Every gift voucher has a unique code. It can be used once to book the package for which the voucher was issued.
Keep the code safe. The holder of the gift voucher is responsible for storing it securely.
You book yourself via our website. Choose the package of your voucher, then the route, date and an available time. At checkout you enter the unique code.
The code gives 100% discount on the package. Even if the amount to pay is €0, please complete the booking in full. This confirms your reservation, registers your details and establishes the rental agreement.
A gift voucher on its own is therefore not a reservation.
No. The voucher entitles you to the MellowMiles experience, but not to availability on a specific date, time or route. Reservations always depend on current availability.
So book in good time, especially for weekends, public holidays and busy periods. The validity is not extended if your preferred date, route or time is no longer available.
Yes. The regular deposit of €250 also applies when using a gift voucher. The deposit is not covered by the voucher and is paid separately, in line with the booking and rental terms in force.
After the rental the deposit is returned under our regular terms, provided there is no damage, loss, fines or other costs payable by the renter.
That depends on the package:
You enjoy this at one of our participating hospitality partners. The current partners are listed on our website. The included food and drinks can only be used at these partners, not at other restaurants, cafés or venues.
You book the lunch yourself, directly with the chosen partner, ideally soon after booking your ride. Mention that the lunch is part of a MellowMiles Dolce Signature booking.
We do not book on your behalf, as everyone drives at their own pace. Some prefer lunch halfway, others at the end of the ride. Table availability is separate from your MellowMiles reservation, so always contact the partner in advance.
A gift voucher does not change the regular terms for renting and driving the Fiat Topolino. Renter and driver must meet the applicable requirements for age, driving licence and more.
By completing the booking you accept the rental, booking and usage terms of MellowMiles in force at that time.
Once you have made a reservation with the voucher, the regular MellowMiles cancellation and change terms apply.
The voucher gives no additional rights to cancellation, refund or extension of its validity.
No. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. Unused parts or value are not paid out either.
Treat the code like a means of payment. MellowMiles is not responsible for use by others after the code has been lost, copied, forwarded or shared.
A code that has been used cannot be used again.
If we cannot carry out the ride due to a technical fault or another circumstance for which MellowMiles is responsible, we will find a suitable new moment together.
If the ride was booked within the validity period and we cancel it ourselves, the value of the voucher is kept. If needed, we will extend the validity.
